What makes MercuryCast the best solution for my organization?

How long does it take to set up my account?

Most accounts are configured within 90 minutes Monday-Friday from 8a-5p Central time.  Custom templates usually take 3-5 business days.  Modified templates usually take one business day.

What if I have questions or need help?

We’re here to help!  Our team of specialists will gladly walk you through the entire process.  The interface is very easy and within minutes, you’ll be an expert.  Should you get stuck or need assistance with any aspect of your campaign, just send us an email or call us at 877-272-5743 and we’ll be glad to help!

Can I design my own templates?

Absolutley!  You can design your own templates, choose from one of our free templates, have us customize a basic template, or have us create a unique, custom design.  The template management system is highly powerful so your imagination is the greatest limitation to the possibilities.  Need some ideas?  Just ask a specialist and we will gladly explore the possibilities with you!

What about Spam?  How do you make sure our email is delivered?

There’s nothing more frustrating than designing the perfect template, sending off a big campaign and then finding it ending up in the recipients spam folder. We go to great lengths to ensure you can rely on having your emails delivered.

Our servers have been whitelisted

All of MercuryCast’s delivery servers have been whitelisted by many of the larger ISP’s, including AOL and Yahoo! Our servers are also integrated into the spam reporting systems for other large ISP’s such as Hotmail and MSN. These arrangements ensure the best chance of your emails being delivered and also allow us to keep any sender not following best practice off our servers.

We monitor blacklists daily

Our staff monitor hundreds of the most common blacklists each and every day. If a server is ever listed (and it can happen to even the most well behaved permission based email servers), we remove it from our delivery cluster immediately and resolve the issue on behalf of our customers.

Human approvals (yeah that’s right, real humans)

Until your clients have been approved, every large campaign is reviewed by our team before it can be delivered. Any potentially spammy emails are promptly removed and further action taken. Our team also verifies all large lists imported and ensure they comply with our strict anti-spam and permission policy.

Unsubscribe links in every email

Any email template you use must contain a single-click unsubscribe link allowing any subscribers to remove themselves quickly and easily.

What if I want to cancel my account?

You can cancel your account at any time, however there’s no cost to letting it sit idle either.  If you wish to cancel your account, just email our support team and let us know.  If we do cancel your account, all of your reports and contacts will be deleted.  If you let the account sit idle, you can log in at any time to review your old campaign reports or manage your subscribers.
